Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our quality inspection department has approximately 20 employees. From raw materials to finished products, we ensure that every product undergoes 100% manual inspection to guarantee that each product meets the highest quality standards and satisfies our customers' requirements.
Quality Control Procedures
We have a comprehensive QC system in place, dedicated to ensuring that every product fully complies with EU and US standards, or even higher. All raw materials must comply with OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Class I. From raw materials to finished products, every step undergoes multiple inspections. After the final product is packaged, it also undergoes needle detection before being sealed and packed.

Machinery and Equipment Used
For the embroidered patches, we use Tajima and BARUDAN embroidery machines. For the woven patches, we use Muller machines. For the cutting patches and labels, we use a variety of engraving and laser machines.

Procedures and Practices
1. The customer provides artwork or sketches, and we complete the initial design. 2. Convert the design into a digital program for embroidery, woven labels. Silicone, PVC, and TPU products need to be converted into metal molds. 3. Produce samples for customer approval. If the samples are not satisfactory, we offer unlimited revisions until the customer is satisfied. 4. Once the customer is satisfied and approves the samples, we begin mass production.
